The position of Recruitment Officer is one of great responsibility and honour. It is the responsibility of the Recruitment Officer to draw new citizens to the city. All methods at the Officer's disposal may be used for these purposes and he or she must maintain ongoing efforts in order to maintain their position. This position may consume much time away from the realm, and is thus well compensated in recognition of this. Citizens who excel as Recruitment Officers can expect to have increased influence throughout the Royal Court.

The Recruitment Officer commands a salary of 3000 livres per month, with nothing to pay in costs. The post grants you 2500 social points and 250 honour per month, with a gain of 25 on your health. Ten people can occupy this position. There are no social level limitations on this position. This position allows you to hand out three level one, two level two and one level three favours per season. This position is awarded on merit, not by application.
