This position is responsible for keeping the Court up to date on current affairs, which shall include the latest fashions, dances and other amusements that help brighten the court.

The Minister of Cultural Affairs commands a salary of 8000 livres per month, with 1500 in costs. The post grants you 4000 social points and 300 honour per month, with a gain of 10 on your health. Four people can occupy this position. You need a social level of 18, but not greater than 60 to occupy this position. Your title must lie between Marquis/Marquise and Comte/Comtess to retain this position. This position allows you to hand out four level one, four level two, two level three and one level four favours per season. When applying for this position, you need to submit proof of worthiness in the form of written Favours whose total levels equal or exceed 66.
