This position is responsible for the government of France, for ensuring the smooth running of the Kingdom and carrying out the wishes of Royalty, including trade missions and appointments to the Royal Court.

The Minister of State commands a salary of 21750 livres per month, with 2000 in costs. The post grants you 16000 social points and 1000 honour per month, with a gain of 50 on your health. One person can occupy this position. You need a social level of 87, but not greater than 100 to occupy this position. Your title must lie between ArchDuc/ArchDuchess and Grand ArchDuc/Grande ArchDuchess to retain this position. This position allows you to hand out twelve level one, seven level two, six level three, six level four, six level five, five level six, two level seven and one level eight favours per season. When applying for this position, you need to submit proof of worthiness in the form of written Favours whose total levels equal or exceed 450. This is a Ministerial position within the government.
