1/4 cup butter or margerine Preheat oven to 375° F. Cream together the butter or margarine and the sugar. Add the egg and the lavender buds and mix well. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dried ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in the lemon zest and mint. |
