Roast Veal 1

2 cups gravy
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp butter
1 orange, quartered
1/2 cup claret wine
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

In a bowl cream together butter and sugar. Add vinegar to bowl, stir. In a sauce pan, heat gravy over medium heat. Add wine and quartered orange to gravy. Leave oranges in gravy for 15 minutes. Remove oranges and beat in butter. Stir until butter is well blended.
