We, as Architects, are going to be updating the existing room descriptions in public buildings such as Le Mansion du Chein |

I will let you know which building we are currently working on and if there are any distinguishing features that we must consider |

You will be assigned a particular room to work on each month and you’ll be required to have it finished before the deadline you’ll be given. At the beginning of each project I will ask you to send me the name of the three (3) rooms you’d like to rewrite and I’ll determine from that and what everyone else submits as to which room will be yours. I will expect one (1) description ONLY per RL month of the room you were assigned |

The descriptions are to be four (4) lines long and sent to me in letter form and contain British spellings |

There is to be no light or furniture in the descriptions. Light is to remain neutral since our time of day and seasons changes in the city and an overall message is sent when it’s dark outside as well as a global message for the weather depending on the season. No furniture is used, obviously because we have shops that sell it and allows people to make their own choices and decorate as they wish |

We also are not to actually state a feeling or emotion but imply it, to make the reader FEEL without saying "Hey, I want you to feel THIS". The reason for this is to allow each person to feel and come to their own conclusions. What some people would consider distressful, others may find amusing or something someone finds beautiful another may be indifferent too

Do not use words such as YOU or YOUR, it gives it too much familiarity and is also very unprofessional and doesn’t meet the current style of writing in the City |

There are to be NO exits changed. The basic lay-out remains the same in all buildings UNLESS otherwise noted when assigned rooms. All we do is update the descriptions giving them a fresh look |
