The Head of the Hôtel de Ville is responsible for the overall management of the Hôtel. He or she will oversee all appointments and dismissals as well as the supervision of all Hôtel functions. This office is required to create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure that the affairs of the Hôtel run smoothly and efficiently.

The Head of the Hôtel de Ville commands a salary of 19250 livres per month, with 3500 in costs. The post grants you 8000 social points and 1000 honour per month, with a gain of 40 on your health. One person can occupy this position. You need a social level of 87, but not greater than 100 to occupy this position. Your title must lie between ArchDuc/ArchDuchess and Grand ArchDuc/Grande ArchDuchess to retain this position. This position allows you to hand out six level one, six level two, six level three, five level four, five level five, four level six, one level seven and one level eight favours per season. When applying for this position, you need to submit proof of worthiness in the form of written Favours whose total levels equal or exceed 360. This is a Ministerial position within the government.
