A Judge investigates all reports of serious crimes within the city, and decides if the offence is worthy of a charge being brought. They alone of all those who can charge people with crimes may sentence them for a sojorn in the Bastille. All judges are accountable to the Chief Judge. To successfully prosecute a case, once sent to trial within a reasonable time frame, two other judges must find the case guilty based on the evidence presented in the case alone. The accused's name should be withheld from all charges.
