Estate Agent

Estate Agents are employed by the local city to oversee the needs of the citizens in transferring the ownership of buildings, and renaming them as necessary, to suit the wishes of the owner of the property. Fees may be charged for these services, at the discretion of the Agent involved. Stamp duty, currently at around 10% of the value of a property is charged to the Agent when they transfer title of a property to another citizen. This money is then owed to the Crown which should be paid off as soon as possible, lest the collections agents become involved in recovering that debt.

The Estate Agent commands a salary of 8000 livres per month, with 750 in costs. The post grants you 4000 social points and 200 honour per month, with a gain of 10 on your health. Eight people can occupy this position. You need a social level of 12, but not greater than 50 to occupy this position. Your title must lie between Baron/Baroness and Viscomte/Viscomtess to retain this position. This position allows you to hand out seven level one, five level two and one level three favours per season. When applying for this position, you need to submit proof of worthiness in the form of written Favours whose total levels equal or exceed 60.
